Who are we?  

Like the majestic Flatirons that distinguish Influence Systems' home of Boulder, Colorado, leaders do not pop up from nowhere, but are shaped over time by a variety of factors. With the mountains, it is wind and water; with people, it is more varied: role models, conditioning and most importantly through learned skills. And that is where ISI experts come in: helping to identify and develop people with the potential to stand tall and motivate others.
